About the Collection

College Night Production Books are the only official documentation of College Night. These books are housed in the Annie Crawford Milner Archives and Special Collections, located in the Carmichael Library at the University of Montevallo (Montevallo, AL). The Milner Archives website page can be found here. Physical books (either those digitized or years not yet available in digital format) can be viewed by requesting a meeting with the UM archivist.

All Production Books were scanned with permission and under the supervision of Milner Archives staff.

About the Students

Mary-Haynes Furman is a senior History major at the University of Montevallo. She has been working in the Milner Archives since Fall 2016 and intends to attend graduate school in order to pursue a Masters degree in Library Science. For the past two years, Mary-Haynes has played College Night on the side of the Golds, participating in Pit Chorus in 2016’s Dirty Work and serving as Assistant Costuming for 2017’s A Very Notti Musical: The True Tale of Robin Hood.

Savannah Willard is a junior Communication Studies major with an English minor at the University of Montevallo. She is currently looking into persuing book publishing. Her past two years of College Night participation has been on the Gold Side; she worked as a Stage Hand in 2016, was a performer in the 2017 show, and will be working as Assistant Choreographer for the 2018 show.
